Toomas has been a member of the Bar Association since 2000 and has extensive experience as a lawyer, focusing primarily on business and corporate law. His main focus is on real estate law, including property transactions and lease law issues. In recent years, Toomas has advised clients daily on debt and commercial law as well as various transactions, helping to find solutions to more complex business law issues. He is also active in the field of sports law.

Toomas has assisted both Estonian and international clients in establishing, acquiring, merging, and dividing companies, providing support in both domestic and cross-border projects. He advises clients in Estonian, English, and Russian.
